1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Vanish Rubbish Removal (ABN: 26 717 580 486), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vanish Rubbish Removal provides rubbish removal, waste collection, and related services across Byron Shire, Tweed Shire, Ballina Shire, and the wider Northern Rivers region. All services are subject to availability.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
  • Quoted prices are fixed and will not change unless the scope of work changes on-site.
  • If additional items or access difficulties are discovered on arrival, we will discuss any price adjustment with you before proceeding.
  • You are free to decline the service at any point before work begins at no charge.

4. Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website.
  • We offer same-day service subject to availability.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
  • There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before our team arrives on-site.

5. Prohibited Items

We cannot accept the following items due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements:

  • Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
  • Hazardous chemicals, solvents, or paints
  • Medical or biological waste
  • Gas bottles (unless certified empty)
  • Any materials prohibited under NSW EPA regulations

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

7. Liability

  • We are fully insured for public liability.
  • We take all reasonable care when accessing and working on your property.
  • Any pre-existing damage should be noted before work commences.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
  • Vanish Rubbish Removal is not liable for items removed at the customer's direction. Please ensure you have identified all items correctly before removal.

8. Recycling & Disposal

We are committed to responsible waste management. Over 80% of items collected are recycled, donated, or repurposed. Items are disposed of in accordance with NSW environmental regulations. We cannot guarantee that specific items will be recycled, as this depends on the condition and type of material.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vanish Rubbish Removal and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
