We do not promise a universal recycling or landfill-diversion rate. The result depends on what is in the load, item condition, contamination, local facility rules, and whether a suitable recipient or processor accepts the material.

Metals and other recyclable materials
Materials are assessed for recycling where a suitable facility accepts the material and the load meets that facility’s requirements.
Green waste
Eligible garden material may be directed to an organics-processing facility where accepted. Contamination, size, and facility rules can change the available pathway.
Electronics and regulated items
Some items require a specialist facility or provider. Tell us exactly what you have before booking so we can confirm whether we can collect it.
Remaining waste
Material that cannot be reused or recycled through an available facility is sent for responsible disposal according to the requirements that apply to the load.
