We Arrive
Our friendly two-person crew arrives at your door within the agreed time window. Worried about damage? We use furniture blankets and floor protectors on every job. You just point at what goes — we handle all the heavy lifting, loading, and cleanup.
Gone & Recycled
We take everything away and sort it by hand at our facility. Usable furniture and goods go to St Vinnies and Salvos across the Northern Rivers. Timber, metal, and plastics go to certified local recyclers. Green waste is composted. Over 80% never touches landfill.

How quickly can you come?
We offer same-day service across Byron Shire, Tweed Shire, Ballina, and the southern Gold Coast. If you call before 10am, we can usually be there the same afternoon — often within 2 to 4 hours. For scheduled bookings, we offer morning (7am–12pm) or afternoon (12pm–5pm) time windows, Monday to Saturday.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If the items are accessible — for example, on the kerb, in an open garage, or in the yard — we can collect without you being present. Many of our Byron Bay and Kingscliff holiday rental clients use this option regularly. We will confirm all the details and send you a photo when the job is done.
What if you damage my walls or floors?
We use furniture blankets and floor protectors on every single job. Our crew is trained to navigate tight hallways, narrow staircases, and awkward spaces. We are also fully insured, so in the unlikely event something does happen, you are completely covered.
What items can you NOT take?
We cannot take hazardous materials including asbestos, chemicals, paint, gas cylinders, or medical waste. Everything else — furniture, mattresses, appliances, whitegoods, green waste, renovation debris, concrete, e-waste, and general household junk — we handle it all.
How do you calculate the price?
We provide upfront, transparent pricing based on volume. No hidden fees, no surprises. Send us a photo and we will give you an accurate estimate in minutes. The price includes all loading, transport, sorting, recycling, and disposal. A single item starts from around $80, a ute load is $300–$350, and a full truck load runs $550–$700.
What if I have more stuff than expected?
No problem. We will let you know before we start if the load looks different from the estimate. You only pay for what we take, and you can always say no to additional items. There is never any pressure.
Do you provide a receipt?
Yes. We provide a digital receipt for every job showing the load size, price, and an estimate of how much was recycled versus sent to landfill. Great for end-of-lease cleanouts where you need proof for your property manager.
